On my 2nd pair-used to wear Nike. I don't have lower back pain with Waves, have wide feet for female,& I'm a heavier runner (muscle weight). I run 37 miles avg per week. love them!!!!

this shoes is not at its best, too much stability not good for high arc runners. I wore it for 10 minutes and the bottom of my foot starts to feel pain. The pain reminded me of my old injury. I'm glad I didn't not run with it as soon as I wore it. very poor shoes for my own opinion.

Road Runner Sports/Mizuno. Please strike a deal that will allow RRS to make the WR9 a permanent fixture as a Classic choice. Because it was truly a classic. All of the Narrow footed runners will flock back to Mizuno and proudly wear the bird once again.

Much worse than the wave rider 10. The wave in the heel is too soft on the outside, I'm 5'8", 137 so the force of my foot strike shouldn't be causing premature breakdown of the heel. Mizuno should go back to the wr 9.

Loved my two pairs of WR7's. Hated my WR10's. Tried on WR11's - felt just like 400 mile old WR10's. Bought adidas Supernova 7's. Satisfied, but not as happy as would be with a new pair of WR7-9's. Still wearing 700 mile old WR7's to the gym, reminiscing about better days. *sadface*

What the heck happened? The WR11 update is horrable. With no change to how I have been running, I developed shin splints in the first few days and PF to go along with it, in both feet none the less. Why can't Mizuno stop ruining good shoes!!! My foot was flopping everywhere. I downsized as much as i could and yet my foot was slipping all around the shoe. I felt like i was in a EE. Mizuno, go back to widthes so i can get that snug fit again
